Agusan del Sur

Agusan del Sur is a landlocked province in the Caraga Region of northeastern Mindanao, centered on the vast Agusan River valley and marshland. The province is a major rice and palm oil producer, with growing economic activity in Prosperidad and Bayugan City. Its extensive agricultural land base and the Agusan Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary create opportunities for agri-business estates and eco-tourism properties.
