RealtyOS processes account details, tenant workspace data, CRM records, listing content, project information, payment evidence, documents, support messages, and security logs needed to operate the platform.

Tenant administrators control the business records they upload or configure in their workspace. RealtyOS uses that information to provide platform services, security, support, compliance workflows, and product operations.

We use information to authenticate users, route tenant access, operate CRM and listing workflows, support payments and documentation, improve platform reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support or compliance requests.

We do not sell tenant CRM records or buyer records. Integrations and service providers receive information only as needed to deliver the configured platform service.

Records are retained for the period needed to provide RealtyOS, meet operational obligations, preserve audit trails, and satisfy legal or contractual requirements.
