Terms of Service

Users must access RealtyOS through authorized accounts and tenant workspaces. Tenant owners and administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and records submitted by their teams.

RealtyOS may suspend access when needed to protect platform security, comply with law, prevent abuse, or respond to material violations of these terms.

Tenants are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of listings, CRM records, documents, pricing, payment evidence, and communications they enter into RealtyOS.

RealtyOS provides operational software and workflow controls. It does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, or brokerage advice.

Users may not use RealtyOS to upload unlawful material, misrepresent property availability, bypass access controls, interfere with platform operations, or misuse personal, financial, or regulated records.

Platform content, software, and documentation may not be copied, resold, scraped, or reverse engineered except as allowed by written agreement or applicable law.
