A function room is an enclosed, climate-controlled event space within a residential development, typically smaller and more intimate than a multipurpose hall. These rooms are designed for private gatherings, meetings, and celebrations, offering a comfortable indoor alternative to outdoor venues.

Standard function rooms include air conditioning, movable tables and chairs (seating 20-80 persons), a small kitchen or pantry area, restroom access, audio-visual equipment, WiFi, and controlled lighting. Many feature glass walls with garden or pool views, built-in bars or buffet counters, and soundproofing. Access is typically from the clubhouse or ground-floor amenity level.

Residents book function rooms through the property management office, usually requiring 1-2 weeks advance notice. Fees range from PHP 1,500 to PHP 8,000 for half-day or full-day use, with refundable security deposits of PHP 3,000-10,000. Time slots typically run in 4-hour blocks. Most venues enforce noise curfews at 10 PM and require professional cleaning deposits.
