Rockwell Land Corporation is a premium real estate developer best known for the Rockwell Center, a 15.5-hectare mixed-use development in Makati City that set the standard for luxury urban living in the Philippines. Rockwell Center was developed on the former site of the Manila Electric Company (Meralco) power plant in the Poblacion district of Makati.
