Victory Liner

Victory Liner is the largest bus company in the Philippines, operating over 500 buses primarily on routes connecting Metro Manila to Northern and Central Luzon. Founded in 1945, it is best known for its flagship Manila–Baguio route and also serves Ilocos, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Central Luzon provinces. The company is a critical transport link for both commuters and tourists heading to the Cordillera and Ilocos regions.
