Zero down payment is a promotional payment scheme where the buyer pays no upfront cash for the property. Instead, the developer or bank finances 100% of the purchase price. Common in pre-selling condo projects by major developers (SMDC, Megaworld, Filinvest). Monthly amortizations start immediately.
